at what age do people normally stop growing?

i've got a friend, hes 16, and hes 4 feet 9, but hes not sure if hes stopped growing or not

    I knew a guy who was really unhappy because he was very short. Interestingly, he grew and becane very tall when he was 18-20 years old.

    boys grow till the age of 20-21..girls till 18-19..

    there is alot of factors that decide if he s gonna stop growing or not but mainly no until he is 18 but for sure t gonna be a significant growth but few inches

    i read that both sexes can grow until their early to mid twenties.
