The Postman - movie by Kevin Costner was trashed by critics, but I think it was one of the best movies ever.?

Hmm, I liked the movie, and I also liked Waterworld but I'm not sure if it is one of his best. People forget that he made a bunch of really good ones. Here is how I would rank a few of my favorites of his, just my opinion though.

The postman was good I will agree. I enjoyed the movie as a whole and for its individual subplots carried throughout the movie.

It gave a very diverse look at how the world and people would be if a war like that ever occured.

the critics for some odd reason don't like any movies that involve kevin costner. i haven't gotten the chance to watch the postman, but i have heard great reviews and comments about it. kevin costner is a great actor who doesn't get his due credit. evil critics....grrrr.....what i have learned is to ignore critics and watch the dang movie. critics are highly paid people who get to gripe(sp?) about other people's achievements that they will never obtain.

..It was a good movie. Best movie ever....well I guest that is your opinion. However Water World by him to me was a better movie. Robinhood too.
