Is there a good way to subscribe to video podcasts besides iTunes?

I'm sick of iTunes sucking my system resources. My computer is practically state of the art and it actually lags when I try to play a video podcast sometimes. Is there aanother client that can subscribe to video podcasts like Diggnation, Tikibar TV, Ask a Ninja, etc?

    Go to the video podcast's website and subscribe to their RSS feed which will alert you when they update videos so you can download from website

    There's always the yahoo music engine, i wasn't much impressed with it myself, but i only have 128mb's of ram!

    do a yahoo search for there music engine:D
