What popular song in late 80's or early 90's had a Tarzan yell in it?

It's bugging me that I can't remember the name of the song or the group that performed it. I think they were a "one-hit wonder". The song was a kind of "montage", kind of wild and all over the place. I remember a "tarzan" yell in the song.

I'm a Peter Gabriel fan. The song is definitely not "Shock the Monkey". Thanks for the help however the one I'm thinking of more "pop" radio oriented.

Update 2:

Definitely not Tarzan Boy by Baltimora. The "Oh oh oh oh oh oh ..." is not the Tarzan yell that I'm thinking of. The song had cowbells, a pitch varied tarzan like yell, some television voices mixed in. It was definitely not "disco" like Tarzan Boy.

Thanks! Unfortunately, it is definitely not Tarzan and Jane. It's not that disco. Nor is it Mr. Wendell.

    The song "Mr. Wendel" by Arrested Development had a wild wail at the beginning, but it wasn't quite a Tarzan yell.

    I m 100% sure I know the exact song you re thinking of and have also been searching for it for ages. I heard it play on the radio in the early 90 s Germany. It s definitely a Techno/Trance type of track. I ll post back if I get lucky and find it.
