What is the best at home work out to lose weight?

I don't really have the money to join a gym.

    I think the best is pilates or yoga.

    You can get the video from your library and try it at home.

    if u continously practice 5 to 6 times a day about an hour.

    You will sure see the difference. Also I've heard yoga reduces false appetite. check this site for some instructions about work out:

    i think that the best work out is jogging cos i dont think fatness is being caused by food,i think it is caused by happiness,healthy environment and above all relaxed mind,so staying away from food wouldnt solve the problem.All u need is steady exercise and which is jogging every morning and evening

    Abdomenal crunches work quite well. Also going jogging. do those before you have breakfast.
