You can but its very difficult first you need a host site then you have to upload it then place a link or a picture for people to click on then they have to have media player and enough power/modem speed to play it
I've done it with my voice it took me 5 hours to get it on my blog
The easiest way is to just have your launchcast showing

You can put a video in your blog but there won't be any sound.

He's right. Right now you can't add any music, but you can add links leading to it. I use the left side of my blog to lists songs with the short cuts. Just go to your blog then go to edit my blog roll. Then you can add a bunch or if you want just one, put it in your blast.
