What song is this??

Te amo y quiero decictre una cosa quiero que hagmos al amor. Solo en tu ojos encotre el brillo y en tus labios la duleura... That is all I know. I don't speak spanish but the song is beautiful so a lady at work trasnlated that little bit for me but no one seems to know!

Update:

i don't know the translation. She said that the song was about waiting until the other person fell in love with him.. (a guy sings it)

    I just went looked it up at www.freetranslations.com and this is what it says
