Can anyone help me identify this cartoon from about 5 years ago?

I don't remember a lot about it, I think I only watched one episode.

All I really remember is that these two characters were some kind of aliens and they had to make a delivery of a package I think. I don't know if they were deliverymen in the entire series or just that episode.

I do remember that they had to report to some fat alien woman named Ms. Boom-de-ay or something. I am almost positive that her name was something similar to this. I remember that when she was on the screen they played that famous Ta-ra-ra Boom-de-ay song melody.

The cartoon most like aired on either Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network sometime 4-7 years ago.
