Friend I feel your pain. See Ducks are dirty smelly bud smoking hippies. While Beavers hit the sauce a little too hard at times...ok a lot. Truth be told until one of us (probably the beavers) becomes a dynasty no one will ever know the difference. I mean really though when it comes to mascots with the exception of Florida and Arizona does anyone know the diffence of each school's mascots. Most of the country is already in bed when the west coast teams play. I have found that the West Coast teams are not as well known as the East Coast/Midwestern schools are unless they are in the national spotlight.

Yes, I am a runner and I know that the Eugene, Oregon (home of the Ducks) is arguably the running capital of the USA. I also know a guy who went to Oregon State (he was a Beaver) and went into the NFL.
