I'm planning on moving to Chicago and I'm in the real estate development industry...so I want to spend a little time with an expert to create a high-powered resume. Any tips?

I work for a builder and have the opportunity to buy a beautiful new condo (not yet built) or a new townhome. The condo is in an ok area and its a condo, but I can easily afford it. The townhome, on the other hand, is out of my price range...but is a much better investment and in a great area. What would you do?

You know, the one with the staff hat on that says that if you have a better category you will get better answers? Does anyone know how I can find the real girl that looks like that? That'd just be great.

I'm looking to go for about 10 days in January or February. I like to travel cheap, to backpack and meet people. A nice beach like Rio would be great, but I'm really looking for a memorable experience...not necessarily a relaxing vacation. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If a girl wants to see a guy every day and talks to him several times a day the first week we meet...then all of a sudden she claims to be too busy for the next week and doesn't even call much...is it possible she really is just busy?

I figured girls were never that busy that they couldn't at least call or give a good excuse. I told her that I felt that she has changed and become standoffish, and she got really defensive and said she's busy at work. What are the odds she's playin me vs. that she might actually be too busy to even tell me she's busy?

I think my team, Oregon State, will surprise people and may end up top-10 or close. But my pick for the national championship is Ohio State. We'll see how they do without their bada$$ linebacker corps though.

Unfortunately, most girls who have them are too trashy to actually have as a girlfriend/wife. What a paradox.

Oregon State just "grounded" its cheerleading team, which is going to be replaced by a "spirit squad" of 60 people in khakis and collored shirts. The woman who made the decision is an out lesbian, who feels that cheerleading is unfair since a 180-lb woman cannot participate.

OSU cheerleading was #6 at the national championships last year...not to mention a conspicuous part of football and basketball games. I don't see why the cheerleaders, students and fans should suffer because this woman hates cheerleaders for some reason.

Does anyone feel that cheerleading is too dangerous? Or that cheerleading is unfair to overweight or unnattractive people? If so, couldn't you say the same thing about almost every sport?

I cooked some pasta with ground beef last night, threw it in the tupperware, got sidetracked, and noticed this morning that it was still on the counter. I assume its bad, but hate to waste the good stuff I made last night! Plus my manly stomach can handle anything.

Will I get deftly ill off the food? Anyone know?

I'm considering different options for my masters degree/MBA. I see different Executive MBA programs, but I don't see an explanation. Does anyone know what the difference is???

I've noticed that a lot of obese people are often eating high-fat foods and desserts and drinks at restaurants, yet I hear in the media that being obese is something you are born with and can't help. I think that the main reason that I stay thin is because I eat healthy and workout 4-5 days/week. Do you think that obesity can be helped by eating healthy and working out? Or any other ways (positive thinking, perhaps)?

I went to OSU, and every time I say that to someone not from Oregon, they say "is that the Beavers or the Ducks?" I even heard the guy on Sportcenter get it wrong three days ago. Are we really that insignificant or what?

This Q. is for both smokers and non-smokers. I can be outside, 100 feet away from a smoker, and I have difficulty breathing. I noticed that if I smoke a cigarette, its not nearly as bad as just being by someone who smokes, so a few times a year I have to have a cigarette just so that I can breathe. Its really weird, but its the truth. I think that's why smokers don't realize how bad second-hand smoke is: They are always smoking, so they don't notice the second-hand smoke! Any opinions/answers?
