Stupid question ...has anyone else been so lazy that they refuse to go pee, but just keep holding it?

There are time when I have to pee, but just don't feel like it so I keep going with whatever I am doing and find out hours later that I reeeeeeally have to go or else. Am I the only freak who does this? Probably

IF you are a freak, then lots of us must be. I get that urge in the middle of the night and I don't want to get up because I am afraid it will be hard to go back to sleep, but it gets to where I dream about being on a toilet and going and I can't relieve it, SO I CAN'T WIN FOR LOSING Either I don't sleep or I suffer the consequences of peeing and not relieving myself. :P

If I have the flu and my body hurts or I have the chills, I don't want to get out of bed. I lay there and I contemplate until not only my head hurts and I am freezing, but my bladder is screaming at me.

    You aren't a freak, it's normal.

PS that is why I have a cat, cuz if I have a lazy moment, I just use the carpet and blame it on the cat. LOL!!!!

I am just kidding. I would never be that gross or that lazy LOL!!! ;) Just had to add a little humorous twist.

I do it all the time, especially when I fall asleep on the couch and my boyfriend wakes me up to go to bed. I'm so tired that I just go straight to bed even though I have to be and I should pee. Then in the morning when I wake up, I gotta go real bad and it's super yellow. This is really bad. It is bad not to go pee and we could get a bladder infection or a urinary tract infection (which I've had because I held me pee all night).

Yes. Especially in the morning when I don't want to get out of bed. A few years ago, it became very difficult to pee. I just stand in front of the toilet for minutes waiting for something to happen. I think it might be due to all the "holding it in" I've done over the years.

Only in middle of the night when I am too tired, not too lazy to get up.

If you do this frequently during the day, I suggest you get a catheter.Holding like that is bad for your bladder and kidneys.

You may be a freak :) but you're not the only one. I've done it plenty of times especially if I'm at home and I'm watching tv or something and I just don't want to get up.

I sometimes do it, like when I wake up and it's like 1:00 am and I'm really tired I just hold it but then I get up and go because I'm afriad that I'll wet the bed if I go back to sleep.

I do that more often than I should. Especially when I'm on Yahoo Answers. I keep putting off going until I have to go really bad.

I have done that before. I felt like a retard afterwards. I was playing Resident Evil and had to use the bathroom but didn't want to pause the game.

I've done that a few times, but I don't wait to long, I eventually get up and go.

Sure I have done that when I wake up in the middle of the night.
