Have you yet had your greatest epoch?

I was tempted to say yes I had it, and then reference this time in my life when I was able to exercise intellectual curiousity, then I realized I had a similar period 6 years earlier from that, and now, six years after my original answer, when I have two different books in my bag to read on my train ride to and from work, I realize, I have consistently had good years where I have read and expanded my knowledge of the world and its history.

So was my greatest time high school college, my four years in the military? Times inbetween, time since then and now, I don't know.

Then I considered, when was I happiest, but the question must also be asked, when was I most miserable.

So I am to conclude that I have not had my greatest epoch, for its been a recent 12 years of greatness for me, but not greatest. Everything before then ages 1 to 16, I hadn't accomplished much good for anyone.

I could go on in autobiography, not sure anyone is reading.

Hopefully, things will keep getting better for me. So, I think the best is yet to come.
