A loser named Ricky stole my cell and gave my number to all his friends so they can call him. What can i do?
Callers give me their first names and i have their numbers registered in call history of my new phone. I'm piecing together a sketchy profile of the thief.

Make sure you have reported your phone stolen with police, they will ask you for IMEI number which you can find on box if you don't have box contact you service provide and ask them for the IMEI they should have it.
Inform your service providers that phone has been stolen, and number is being used by someone else, they will provide you with different number to use and barr this one.

If your cellphone is stolen.. you should call the phone company and cancel service (you shouldn't be letting someone else rack up a huge phone bill for you). Plus it'll be a big surprise for him when service suddenly cuts off. They have some really good deals now with getting a new cell phone with a new plan, so you should look into that.

Call your number and leave a message saying, "Dude, we're going to be at (X) tonight at 8 sharp. We got the stuff and it's gonna be AWESOME." Call from a pay phone if possible. Pick a party place or a place you know where something is going on. Being a lowlife out-for-me-only kind of guy, he will show up at whatever place you pick, even if he isn't sure who called him, cause he want's in. When the designated time comes, call your cell phone number and see if anyone nearby is answering their phone at the same exact time you call. Do this a couple of times to make sure. when you figure out who it is, kick his ever-lovin' azz...

Good thinking. I assume you have the other phone barred and your service provider gave you back your number. Try getting the full name, whereabouts or address, etc., of Ricky or one of his friends. Your goal is to give proper and adequate information to the police for them to catch the thief and hopefully retrieve your cell phone.

Call these people up and ask Questions. Be very careful, you dont want to tip them off, and in turn HIM. Take your time and eventually find him and give him a piece of your mind!

Immediately contact your cell phone company and report the phone stolen. They will turn off the phone and it will cease being used.
Then, file a police report and if you can prove he had the phone, they can arrest him and you can press charges.
