how do you prevent nipple abrasion when exercising?

    You can avoid that by using "nipless" they are bandaid type bandaids for nipples. women use them while wearing sheer or snug clothing so they dont protrude thru their clothing.

    also a liquid bandaid should also do the trick. those ar the type of bandaids you paint/brush on to the desired area.

    Wear a sturdy bra, with as little bouncing motion as possible! When you go to buy a sports bra jump up and down when you try it on, it's good to test drive them first to see if it is going to give you the support you need.

    Wear either a tight tank top or, if female, a good bra. Loose clothing will not help. Keep a stretchy tight top on and it will help greatly.

    Well it is obvious you never Breast fed! I would wear a sports bra that is two sizes too tight. If you have breast fed then it doesnt matter cause the pain will neveer top that.

    What the hell? What are you wearing, a brillo pad sports bra? Oh, your a guy! why do you need to wear a shirt at all? Try tape or something!

    A common problem....I would suggest buying a product called Bodyglide (www.bodyglide.com), that stuff is wonderful.
