What can I make for dinner using ground beef and fresh sliced mushrooms?

    Mix your ground beef with some worchestershire, soysauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Then make patties out of it and put in a skillet to fry add the sliced mushrooms to same skillet ( I would also add some sliced onions) fry about 7 min each side stirring mushrooms while the patties are cooking. Remove the patties and the mushrooms. Add to skillet about 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 cup water bring to a boil. On the side mix tbsp corn starch and tbsp water and then add to the boiling water to make a gravy. Stir constantly till thick. Remove from heat pour over patties and mushrooms and serve.

    Gently fry the ground beef and mushrooms in a frying pan, add some chopped onion and red peppers, garlic granules, a little black pepper, add a tin of condensed mushroom soup and cook gently for about 20 minutes. While this is simmering, cook some rice. Just before serving, swirl in some double cream and then enjoy the experience. Serve with garlic bread if you like this.

    This works really well with strips of chicken breast or pork pieces too instead of the beef.

    Title: CHEESEBURGER QUICHE Yield: 1 Servings 1 Unbaked pie shell 1lb Ground beef 1/3 c Onion, chopped 1/2 c Milk 4 Eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp Oregano 1/4 tsp Black pepper Brown the beef and onion together. Drain and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together, then add beef mixture. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. NOTE: You can use a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray instead of a pie crust. ..............

    Could be a simple spaghetti sauce. Brown and drain the beef, add and saute the mushrooms, add a little garlic and fresh herbs, then a can of Progresso tomato sauce and a can of Progresso diced tomatoes. Let it all simmer together for at least half an hour, then salt to taste. Serve over hot pasta with a tossed salad on the side.

    I like to put the ground beef in the rice cooker and cook together with rice (uncooked). Before the rice is done, add mushroom. Cook until done. Your should marinade the beef with salt, pepper, ginger, and soy sauce for 15 to 30 minutes before putting in the rice.

    This recipe was from my grandma and we uses shiitake mushrooms. This is very tasty. Oh, when the rice is completely cooked, add sesame oil at the end and mix the rice.

    Cook the ground beef in large pan, drain. Add mushrooms, 2 cups of any small size dry pasta (macaroni, shells, etc) Add a jar of Ragu pizza sauce and two jars full of water. Cook until pasta is done. Add 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, cover until melted. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve.

    note- Don't substitute for the pizza sauce, not the same.

    Opps- forgot the onion. cook one onion, chopped with the meat.

    How about mushroom swiss burgers?

    Form beef into 1/2 lb patties

    Saute shrooms until soft

    Saute onions until golden carmelized

    Grill burgers

    top with shrums onions and swiss

    devour

    Take the ground beef and roll it up into a ball. Cook it. Throw the mushrooms up in the air while chanting Duran Duran lyrics. Try to catch them in your mouth as they come down. Eat the beef ball, then order pizza.

    Cook up the beef, add the mushrooms, then add in some sour cream. Serve over a bed of egg noodles.

    well gurl , you could make some kind of lasagna , or a nice spaghetti sauce,or some creative sloppy Joe's! when you need to eat , you'll find something!
