You have to find a donor car. I did the swap, had to use a Grabber. If you can't find a suitable Mav, a Mercury comet will work and also possibly a Granada(I used a Granadas' front disk brake assembly on my car, same chassis.) I even retroed a Mustang five speed in it, man it would fly. Sold it to get a boat and regret it now.

Go to the Hemmings website and find a contact for one of the Ford owners clubs. Try the Performace Ford Club of America. These guys are the experts.

You may check into Mustang II engine mounts. I know they are still available from Year One and the Paddock parts catalogs. Good luck on your quest.

Have you tried Ford, NAPA, Parts Plus, Pep Boys, Murry's, etc?
