Open your browser, go to file menu, click work offline. Click History button, Click today, u can see priviously u visited which site press the site from history u will get back web page that was closed.

If u delete History, cookies, and delete all offline content files it is impossible to restore a web page that was closed previously or earlier. In the Tools Menu go to Internet Options there u can specify the number of days to save ur History.

Back up in your history folder till you find it and just re-open it. You should have a history button in your tool bar next to the favorites button.
