Which is the true Sabbath day of the bible? If Saturday, why do most worship on Sunday and why?
Bible says 7th day between Friday, the preparation day and the first day, what we call Sunday. So who changed it and where is the authority to do it?

The sabbath day was changed by the ones who worship on sundays. Check around and this answer becomes as plain as day. you will hear alot of nonsense.
The seventh day has never changed, people just chose to change it to suite their own needs.
As far as many worshipping on the first. The Bible also says many are called but the chosen are few. Be one of the few. You do give more up worshipping on the true sabbath instead of the first day. but the reward is better.
Goodluck in your search, i hope you get a better answer than mine.
You may want to find some readings of a woman called Helen G White. Any readings on John Wycliffe ( not the fugees star) . These are great places to start.
But there are forces working in the back ground that most people don't know about. It's good for you to start asking these questions now. Need any more help let me know. kinev2010@yahoo.com

The Seventh Day (Saturday) is the Seventh Day. Roman Emperor Constantine, an Antichrist figure who considered himself Christian legalized Christianity in his day - HIS BRAND of Christianity.
He despised the Jews so that he made it a LAW that the Christians would worship on Sunday to separate Christianity (again, his brand, not the New Testament Church) from Judaism.
The Bible mentions the spirit of Antichrist would change the time and seasons - just as Constantine did. The truth is, Jesus never authorized or changed the 7th Day as the day of rest and worship at all. Neither did the Apostles who authored the letters included in the New Testament.
The Sunday worship ideal stayed with the Roman Catholic Church until this day - as did the false teaching of Trinity (introduced around 200 AD by Tertullian). Many split off churches - separating from the Roman Catholic Church maintained those two chief doctrines.
God never authorized a change of THE Holy Day, Neither did Christ - other men did. And these Sunday devotees will look at vague scriptures and try to justify the Sunday Holy Day.
Paul said ANY DAY can be holy - but he didn't say the Sabbath would stop being THE Holy Day, he merely mentioned that some regard one day more holy than another - thats all he meant.
It is NOT A SIN to worship on Sunday or Monday or whenever. We can hold any day or days we like as Holy - but God himself appointed the Sabbath Day.
When Jesus came he was plenty angry with some of the Jewish Sect Priests that started laying heavy burdens on men by man made regulations and the like. Jesus changed (if anything) these over done regulations and removed the ceremonial bondage - for believers.
Make of it what you will - but thats the way it went down. We either believe or we don't. Why follow an Antichrist such as Constantine and his tradition Over what God has set in stone? It doesn't make much sense to go contrary to a God and his Christ that we say we believe in.

If Christ and His followers did not change the Sabbath, how then did the “change” come about? The Roman Catholic Church answers the question for us:
“The [Catholic] Church changed the observance of the Sabbath to Sunday by right of the divine, infallible authority given to her by her founder, Jesus Christ. The Protestant, claiming the Bible to be the only guide of faith, has no warrant for observing Sunday. In this matter the Seventh Day Adventist is the only consistent Protestant.” – “The Question Box,” The Catholic Universe Bulletin, August 14, 1942, p.4.
Eusebius, one of the Church Fathers, wrote about the “change”: “All things whatsoever that it was duty to do on the Sabbath, these we have transfered to the Lord’s day.” – Commentary on the Psalms, Eusebius, cited in Commentary on the Apocalypse, Moses Stuart, Vol. 2, p. 40.

Genesis 2:2 (King James 1611 Version)
It is so clearly stated that God BLESSED the seventh day and made it holy because on it he rested!! God blessed ONE day out of the seven. That day is our Sabbath, that day is Saturday. Any effort to change this God given fact is of man and satanic spirits that operate in many ways to decieve and keep you from obeying and complying with our Lords desires.
There has not been nor will there be a greater authority to alter the Word of God. It's just that simple. No one knows how God will judge us individually on what day we honor His Sabbath. Should it be a determinig factor, where do you want to be!
After many years of worshiping as a Christian on Sundays, my wife and I now honor or Lord on the day He Blessed and set aside as the true Sabbath.

the seventh day Saturday is sabbath the first day Sunday is the lords day, Jewish temple is on Saturday, and seventh day Adventist worship on Saturday, in the New Testament where the first Christians are said to have come together on the first day of the week to break bread, to listen to Christian preaching (Acts 20:7) and to gather collections (1 Corinthians 16:2) for the financial assistance of others.

if you read the bible from beginning to end we are supposed to do work thru Sunday thru Friday and Saturday the Sabbath day is a time of rest..people who go to church on Sunday they don't know the Sabbath that much.

The Bible is a book of principles, not an encyclopedia of trival facts. Sabbath is a seventh day set aside for worship and rest. Does it really matter which one a particular religion or even a particular family chooses?
