Be careful what you read into a woman's hug. Rarely are they trying to seduce you with a hug. Similar to flirting, a hug is a social sign of interest or care for another, no matter how strong the hug is.

Now, if she tackles you, I think you might interpet that as aggressive and act accordingly.

if it's a hug without a deep kiss, you ain't getting shyt. A big hug from a woman is simply a really friendly hug. nothing more. Women give big hugs to guys they just want to be friends with. Think about it. you take a woman out, the date is ending, you walk her to her front door and she says "well, I had a great time" and you get this big hug. Forget it, pal. She might as well have shook your hand.

A real hug like that can mean

1. She's a tease

2. She is very interested in you as more than an acquaintance

I think people who are just trying to appear nice and cordial will only give you those "prissy" hugs, but someone who is genuine and caring will hug you until you are blue! LOL
