For the most part, you can't do it throug traditional methods. I believe YouTube sends the file dynamically, so you can't retrace its address through the page source. The only thing you can do is video capture it (as with DVD copying) through special software. I'm sure there's someone here who knows how to set it up.
Anyways, try to find another source for the video. Note the title and subject of the video, then cross your fingers and google it.
