If he is not going to be in the room at the start of the exam, ask the nurse to go get him before the sonogram or have him wait outside the door until the sonogram

where we live they will not let anyone else into the room until the proper exam is finished. You cannot ask questions and they will not disclose info. Once done, you are allowed one person in to see some details and the sex, if you want. It's an amazin experience. Congratulations!

Ask your doc if you can get any pictures or maybe even a video. some hospitals will do this for you.

you might have to bring your own tape for the video though, that is what they had me do at mine. But they also gave me lots of pictures, so i could show my baby off to everyone.

They should, when I had my done I had a room full. The Doc. knows it's and exciting time and will let him in to see his baby!!
