Why do deodorant bottles say not to use if you have kidney disease?

This on the bottle now. Why

    deodorants contain minute quatities of toxins that leach into the skin and are eventually filtered out by your kidneys. if your kidneys don't work right there is a possibility of you poisoning yourself.

    there was a Darwin award a few years back of some kid who used so much deodorant on a daily basis that he died of benzine poisoning.
