As friend of mine stayed awake for 3 days, after that we made him go to sleep because he could no longer make coherent sentences and he couldn't walk straight.

I looked this up a few months ago after the first episode of Battlestar Galactica (the new version). Apparently the record is around 10 days.

more than 3 days. the SEALs go more than 5 days with about only 6 hours of sleep.

i have been awake for like 2 nights staight...i have a report due and i need to get it done but my mind keeps wondering!
