Why do weather men say its going to be warm when its actually up to each individual whether its warm?
To me if its 70F then its comfortable. Anything less and I am not warm. Love the tropics

The meteorologists say the IT (the weather) is going to be warm, they don't presume to dictate how one will react to that situation. Not everyone will be warm, but the weather may be.

They use the migration and flight of the homing pigeons to tell if their habits and mating are in course with the natural feel of the sun.

its based on nature. comfortable is different then warm. It has a lot to do w/ way the sun is

When they make subjective claims it's much less likely anyone is going to complain that they are wrong.
