I would like a good arm workout that is simple?

There are alot out there but I need a simple one that can be done at home with small weights or without

    Hey, I have something...take a deck of cards and shuffle them real good. Place the deck on an end table, down.

    # cards = # of pushups a 5 would be 5 pushups.

    Face-cards=10

    Ace of hearts, clubs, diamonds=21

    Ace of spades=25

    2 of spades=30

    little joker=35

    Big joker=40

    A whole deck =500 push-ups

    This can be done with sit-ups, dumbbell exercises or whatever leave the deck by you T.V. and grab a card every commercial or any time that you leave the room.

    To answer your other question read Bruce Lee's "Tao of Jeet Kune Do" and Bruce Lee's Fighting Method Vol 1-4 the Internet has a number of Jeet Kune Do sites up and Info on Bruce Lee.
