with the invasion of Iraq and other dealings n the Middle East since (continuing support of Israel despite years of oppression against the Palestinians, refusing to recognize and aid the DEMOCRATICALLY elected government of Palestine and our actions against Iran, who simply wants the same nuclear power that the rest of the modern world has had for more than 50 years) have don little to make me feel safer. If anything, these actions have simply made terrorist attacks against American targets at home and abroad mor justifiable. We're playing into the terrorists' hands--proving to the people of the Middle East that we are the @$$holes they think we are--and all in the name of oil.

the iraq invasion somehow did have an effect on terrorism world wide. it actually make more people hate USA and president bush. it also caused terrorism to go underground and surfaced at various third world countries like indonesia, philippines, etc.we are talking about the muslim extremists here. but bear in mind, there are a lot of other terror groups around the world like in europe, america itself and also places like japan. they are not muslims but they are radicals and left wings. not all muslims are bad. in fact a lot of them preaches good faith and peaceful belief.
