What state is the best to live and has cheap rents? We want to move next year but are unsure where.?

Southern states, such as Mississippi, Georgia , and Alabama. You can rent an apartment for under five hundred dollars (a nice apartment). You can then even cheaper if you don't really care about luxuries or bedrooms. Property is cheap as well as houses. Look at Rent.com or realesate.com, often they even have info about the neighbourhoods.

Well, it depends on what you're looking for. I live in Arkansas and it's beautiful here. The rent is pretty cheap too, apartments are between 250 and 450, houses are about 350 and up.

Atlanta has a low cost of living, hugely diverse population, and youcan find apartments and homes for relatively low rent.

when i wanted to move a few years ago i bought a book called places rated it tells you everything you want to know about a community crime schools taxes cost of living job market etc. i moved to springdale arkansas this book was very helpful check your library

Because the cost of living is dif in every state its difficult to answer this question.
