There was an "Alice In Wonderland" made in 1985 for tv, and then there are several versions of "Alice Through the Looking Glass" (1974, 1985, and 1987)

I don't know what it is, but IT IS NOT LABYRINTH! The goblin king comes to Sarah, but there is no mirror involved, she wishes it. The closest thing to a scene like that in Labyrith is after Sarah eats the peach and winds up in an exact replica of her room and the old female goblin starts handing Sarah her stuff. Yes, Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies, and yeah, I have all but memorized it. <hangs head in shame>

Another vote for Labyrinth.....Jennifer Connelly has dark hair but everything else you mention is accurate. Were there lots of muppet like creatures and a little baby boy being held by the delicious Goblin King David Bowie!?!?! If it did then that's your movie! One of my favorites.
