How do I get a collection removed from my credit report?
This is a charge that should have never been entered. At the time I was dually insured from my employer and the state to cover anything my employers insurance did not cover. The charge is from 3/2002. I have disputed this 3 times through Equifax and once from both Tran union and Expiren. They finally called me last week so I finally have a number for them as none has ever been posted and if I did a Google search this creditor never showed up. They only listed a P.O. Box. I have over the past year completely repaired my credit but cannot get these guys to remove there listing or even research this debt. HELP!!!!

I'm not sure by your explanation what the debt was about, or whether it can be removed or not. But there is a set procedure for disputing any negative listing. All you need to do is follow it.
The link below does a good job at describing it, but here is a brief walk-through.
Send a letter to the Credit Reporting Agency and dispute the listing (sounds like you already did, but you need to have a certified letter to prove it). They will contact the creditor and request that the debt be "validated". All that means is they ask if the debt is legitimate, and no real investigation is done. If the creditor says yes, the listing stays on your report.
Get the contact information from the CRA (you say it's that PO Box...good enough) and send a certified letter demanding that the "VALIDATE" the debt. That means they must send you copies of contracts, bills, receipts, and everything used to calculate what they claim you owe. If they do not send this information within 30 days, send another letter, along with a copy of the "validation" letter, to the CRA and demand that the listing be removed due to lack of validation.
If still don't remove it, file a small claims suit.
