A few weeks ago I got really drunk at a business function my coworker and I attended. I caused a scene and really embarrassed my coworker in front of clients and the local business community. I have said I was sorry. I have given him his space. But will he ever forgive me? I just want my friend back. But that appears broken now. How can you show someone you are sorry and will never let anything like that happen again if they won't talk to you about it? He will talk to me, just not about that night. I mean we all have done something embarrassing and dumb while drunk. My boss and other coworkers have forgiven me. But they weren't there and I didn't verbally bash them. Please advise.

We live in the Seattle/Tacoma area and I want to give him a great night. His Birthday is 9/30 but we are celebrating it 10/1 due to scheduling. It will be 4 adults 1 child. I want to take him out for something more then a meal. But I want to stay under $300.

I am getting married in May'08. We have invited my brother who I love and adore to be part of the wedding party. I have an issue w/ a collections agency. First when I go to my credit report the agency has only a po box and no phone #. Once I found them on my credit report (a few years after it posted) I filed a dispute. Nothing. I filed several more and then finally someone from the agency called. They told me there was nothing I could do I had to take it up w/ the doc. I call the doc and explain like I explained to the collection agency. I had 2 ins companies and he only billed one. He said the doc's office he contracted with only provided him the info for the one ins. I said I could call them and get my file which showed the 2 ins plans. He told me that since he could not bill them I now owed the debt. I was upset but whatever. We were talking about payments and I asked if I pay him is he going to take care of the collections and now all the fees w/ them. He said no that is my deal. I said they referred me to you to handle this. He said that was now my deal. What actions should I take now?

My fiancée and I are having a debate on weather is wrong for me to request he have my brother as one of his groomsmen. I feel it only natural to want my brother in my wedding. He is my only brother (sibling for that matter) and even though we live in different states we are very close. I don't see anything wrong with asking he be part of the wedding. My fiancée seems to feel he has the right to choose his groomsmen and is not sure if he wants my brother to be one since he has only seen him about 5 times. Mind you it was a week or two at a time those 5 times. Also I feel the wedding party is about people whom are closest to the bride and the groom regardless of which side of the wedding party they stand with in the wedding. So please let us know your thoughts and feelings.

This is a charge that should have never been entered. At the time I was dually insured from my employer and the state to cover anything my employers insurance did not cover. The charge is from 3/2002. I have disputed this 3 times through Equifax and once from both Tran union and Expiren. They finally called me last week so I finally have a number for them as none has ever been posted and if I did a Google search this creditor never showed up. They only listed a P.O. Box. I have over the past year completely repaired my credit but cannot get these guys to remove there listing or even research this debt. HELP!!!!
