Personally, I love it. Fresh dipped in sugar, in a sauce or, best of all, as a piece of pie fresh out of the fridge! How about you folks?

I don't like it by itself, but I make an awesome strawberry-rhubarb pie. Can't wait for rhubarb to hit the stores-usually mid-summer around here.

I like it cooked with raisins, or in a pie with strawberries, but I don't like the unpleasant feeling it leaves on my teeth.
I don't think you should be eating it raw. It is very high in oxalic acid and the leaves are actually poisonous.

I love the stuff, I have a great rhubarb cobbler recipe,,,,,mmmmmmmnice & warm with vanilla ice cream, is it breakfast time yet????
