Acura rsx, or Lexus is300?

Lexus IS300. Not only a nicer vehicle, but a better name and it will last longer.

IS 300, of course, if ur going toward acura, the TSX and the TL are nicer than the RSX

I know both of these cars aren't truly competitors, however, the Acura RSX has the way smoother gearbox (MT)and higher rev points...but the IS 300 has way more room and I've seen many girls drive it anyway.

I don't think anyone would have this dilemma, the cars are not competitors in any way. Are you sure you don't mean TSX vs IS300, even that would be a stretch.
