What's the Best Dim Sum and Chinese Seafood Restaurants in Vancouver, B.C. area?

Question

I will be in Vancouver, B.C. (Canada) for three days.  Haven't been there for many years now, so I would like to know which is the best Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant these days?

Also, which chinese seafood restaurant would you recommend for dinner?

We used to eat around the Richmond area.  

Please recommend.

Shiang Garden is my all time favorite.  it is where we had a wedding banquet!  their Dim SUM is great!!

The main stretch in BC is "Pander" or "Pender" street.  Basically go and look inside. If you see a room full of asians, all chatting in Cantonese, its good.

I remember trying 2 or 3 different places and they were ALL very good.

Chinatown used to be very very popular and crowded, but last year I went and it didn't seem as crowded as before.

don't know any good chinese seafood restaurants, but the seafood is awesome at the cannery or the boat house or c restaurant!

vancouver has two main chinese areas...chinatown which is downtown vancouver...they speak mostly cantonese...and richmond which is mostly mandarin...sorry I don't know the names of the really good restaurants..but there is a huge chinese poplulation here..you should be able to find out
