Welcome to the eating disorder frame of mind. I was your age and started out just like, that. HELLO, you've hit puberty. The weight is normal for you to gain at this time in your life. SCREW societies standards as to how you should look like and JUST ENJOY BEING 12. I'm telling you, starting out this young and thinking about losing weight is NOT good. It will snowball and will get worse. Just eat healthy, don't over exercise like that. If you're doing all that weight training any way remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Just please, dont get into that stuff, its not a good road to go down.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

If you're only 12 then your body is not finished growing and you're not fully developed. Stay active and forget about pounds. Your body will change naturally.
