First of all, never get your legal knowledge from TV shows. Law & Order has to be the worst in terms of being innaccurate o the law. Second, the statute of limitations are crimes will always vary from state to state. The best thig to do is consult a local criminal defense attorney for further advice.

Porbably not. In most places the statute of limitations for exposure is like 18 months. But I didn't know a kid could be charged with it at all.

The statute of limitations hasn't passed yet. Here it is 7 years. I believe that's what it is in most states but I'm not sure.

Yes, I believe the statute of limitations is greater than 3 years...you'll have to inquire of your state laws.

Consult your local district attorney - they would know the statute of limitations.

CALL THE POLICE STATION NEAREST YOU. NOT 911. ASK THEM ABOUT THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS . NOT ALL MOLESTATION CASES ARE THE SAME.
