It's all in your head.
You cause the bronchial distress in the same manner as a panic attack.
Stop being worthless and weak! MIND OVER MATTER!
But take your medicine to be safe.....

Asthma is an allergy and is triggered by something. The best non medication treatment for asthma is learning your triggers and avoiding them. Common triggers are smoke, dust, mold, mildew, plants, dust mites, pets and grass/weeds.
If you can not figure our your triggers, you may need to see an allergist and have allergy screening done. This may point out your triggers.
The National Asthma Prevention Program and the Expert Panel of Diagnosis and Management of Asthma both agree if you have to use a prescription inhaler such as albuterol more then two time per week, your asthma is NOT in control and you will need a prescription controller medication.
Controller medications are steroids (Asthmacort Asthmanex, Flovent, Pulmocort), Leukotriene modifier (Singulair, Aculade, Zyflo) or mast cell stabilizers (Cromolyn sodium, Intal, Tilade).
You may want to talk to your doctor about several strong controller medications and maybe Xolair shots.
If you want a proven, all-natural way to cure your asthma, without having to pay for useless medications with harmful side-effects, then this is the most important page you'll ever read.

Even i have asthama too
Ya even my docs tell that it is due to some allergies
I take inhalers ..... i avoid taking medicines...specially anti-biotics but when it is serious i have to take them.
Do yoga ....that's what everyone suggests me but then i dont have that much patience to do yoga
I think taking regular inhalers should help cuz i do used to take them continuosly for 6 months- the whole year
But then now it's fine.
Even i got some really bad attacks this march-april
u must've got due to pollen grians or something
I don't rememeber the names of the inhalers i used to take...
i guess it was something like budecort, ....don't remember but u should always carry asthalin inhaler with you in case you get attacks suddenly

I understand completely.. I to have asthma. Mine is wholey allergy related. being active helps me alot but also living in a dryer climate helps to. I stoped with all my meds of course against med advise and allowed my body to build it anti bodies. Now If your asthma is severe deffinate try to stick to you meds. If you want to build your resistance to the pollens in your area try using honey harvested locally provied you are not allergic to honey. believe it or not it does help.

if it were possible to relocate- it might give your body a breather from the things you are being exposed to and causing your attacks- i would try to isolate the causes and avoid them. for instance- my daughter cannot jog in the cold air but she can excersize inside. i cannot be aaround hay so i wear a disposable face mask sometimes to avoid an attack.
