Honestly even doctors can't help you, you just have to leave with it. I"m 12 and I get them all the time and I freak out and sometimes I can faint! During a test once I started having and anxiety attack and eveything just started going blury and I started crying. It was during the AIMS testing so I couldn't eave the room or nothing. So just try to relax and not think about all the things o your mind.

It depends on what symptoms you experience. For example, do you get all balled up in your stomach and just feel BAD? I would need to have more info to answer your question and would gladly do so. I have had many attacks in the past and took particular actions to help. I will let you know if my experience was the same or similar if you want to contact me. I would be very glad to help.

I think you need cognitive therapy. It will help you alter your thought patterns so you can reason your way out of the thought patterns that get you into an anxiety attack. Good luck!

sit on an ice cube and pretend youre a polar bear because a polar bear has never had an anxiety attack... no charge

Please talk to your doctor. Oh, but you probably have. We can give you moral support and well intended suggestions, but serious questions re panic attacks, ask your doctor.

OK here is my extremely non-professional advice - see if you can laugh about what you think may be causing the panic attacks? Hopefully someone else can give you something more helpful.

Try to breath deep. Also, try to push the trigger (whatever's causing it) out of your mind. If you can, get out of the situation you're in, and go take a walk to up your seritonin.
