The best thing to put on any sunburn is nothing. That's because chemicals, including those in aloe juice, will only further the damage already done to your skin. The other risk, especially when the burn has raised blisters, is infection. You have a lot of damaged skin, and an infection can spread by the hour. It can be life-threatening.

If you have an area of blisters, that's what we used to call a second-degree burn. It would get you hospitalized if it were the result of a house fire and covered an area not much larger than the palm of your hand. Nowadays it's called a partial-thickness burn, a term with which I vehemently disagree because it sounds so much tamer than "second degree" and in my experience gives people a false sense of security regarding their injury.

You will need to keep close watch on your skin for the rest of your life, because even one sunburn as severe as the one you describe doubles your risk of deadly skin cancer many times over. Yo! Still think that little bit of carelessness regarding sunburn was worth the risk?

dont do anything to break them it wont be good ok

but try an aloe lotion at first and if that dont work get some thyme and boil it in some water let it cool and try that it works to but its best to make a paste with it and rub it on but with the blisters thats a no no you might break them and get some type of blood poisoning (its possable so be careful) the best thing would be to go to a DR you have a 2nd degree burn and that is not good. try these if u dont go

Aloe gel or vitamin E cream. Both work well. I actually have both on now since I got burned in the sun yesterday at the Indy 500. Ouch!

Aloe Vera is the best, straight from a plant if you can, if not go to store and find one that is 50% or more apply a thick layer and allow it to dry, repeat the process every 3-5 hours for the first 24 hours.

Oooo, water blisters are bad. I would suggest any type of cool lotion with aloe. The key is to NOT pop the blisters. They're going to hurt like hell BUT DO NOT POP THEM!

If they are really painful, go to the store and get some Aloe Vera gel with Lidocaine (to numb the pain). Take Ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin) every 4 hours. If not better by morning, go to your doctor. Most treatments for sunburns are for the symptoms, but if not better don't risk your health!!!

You can look as close as your kitchen or medicine cabinet for various forms of relief. Over the counter sprays and Aloe Vera gels work well.

Are they itchy? Hydrocortizone cream and take some Benadryl. For regular sunburn I just go for Solarcaine. If they are real bad you should see ur doc, he can give you prescription creams to help with burning and itching.
