i totally respect him for that, money isnt everything and if anyone knows the essence of football its the south americans. most of these guys came from the streets ... so respect and the joy of the sport come before money, he makes a lot of it anyway.

Because he wants to continue his career in a place where he will still be respected as a world class footballer. He would lose a lot of respect to play in a poor quality league just for the cash and you have to respect the fact that he isn't selling out. Yet.

$12mill a year? I think thats money balance of some(all) clubs in MSL. Why should he play there? Why shouldnt he play in Qatar or S.Arabia for money (if he wants)?

He doesnt want to waste away his talent where nobody will watch him play,also they dont pay him as much as he is making with Real Madrid.

WHERE IN THE US WOULD HE GET THAT KIND OF MONEY...I SAW ON TV HE MAKES LIKE 30MILLION A YEAR IN THE MARKET HE IS CURRENTLTY IN.. THERE IS NO MARKET FOR HIM HERE....
