using just four nines (9999) only, how do they equal 100???

Update:

c'mon, using any mathematical equasion u know, use four nines ONLY. no 1's or 100's just four nines.

    There could be actually two possiblities

    1. 99+9/9

    2. 99/.99

    99+9/9 = 99 + 1 = 100

    say u r rounding to the nearest 100, take 99 plus 100, minus 100. I did the smae thning and got it right.
