What takes out old blood stains on clothes?

I fell off my scooter on the way to school and scraped my legs badly. I didn't wash my khaki pants right away cause I was far from home. By the time I was home, the blood already dried up. What could you get it off with?

Cold water! Hot water will only set the stain in the fabric!

Use any liquid soap you have. Pour some on the spot and scrub. Use cold water and rinse. then use Shout or some type of laundry spot remover and wash in cold water. Check to make sure its all gone before you dry. If needed repeat the process.

Try Sunlight Bar Sop or Javex Bleach for unbleachables. Apply right to the spot and let sit for a few minutes, then launder according to fabric label.

You can try warm water with kitchen salt dissolved in it.

If that does not work you will have to go to a store (a reliable one - that gives you honest advice) and ask for a special product for it.

soak in hydrogen peroxide then wash it with ivory soap and dont believe the hot water thing , if the stain is newer hot water is the best thing to remove it.

Spray the area inside and out with Super Clean, it worked for me.

Make a paste of "Oxyclean" & "Shout", use an old toothbrush, and scrub the stain, reapply, and let sit. It should come out.

Sunlight bar soap. You have to rub it in and then wash your pants but it will come out.
