What is the best way to find small office space in Silicon valley? Looking for somethign less than $1000..?

I am looking for something that will cost me about $1000 or less and have at least 400 sqft. What is the best way to find such places? I am ideally looking to find something in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara or Los Altos, CA.

Please help. I need the place ASAP..

    I would contact a real estate agent. They have access to the mls which is what you need. A lot of people think that they will have to pay them when really the seller pays everything.
