Why,in the USA is it Illegal for a Gasoline Vehicle from '96&up to Emit too Little Pollution ?

Question

I've come up with a way to Turn Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane. 50 + MPG, & 10 X Less Pollution with even the Largest SUV ! And even more Engine Power ! And, on any EPA-OBD II Vehicle in the USA, it's Illegal ! The Law is for a 14.7 to 1 Air to Fuel Ratio. My System, which is Safe and Compact is 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Same as Propane.On a Molecular Level,all Petroleum is the same.Only the Dispersal is Altered.If I'm Wrong,then how is it that Engines do Run with Expensive,Cumbersome Propane Tanks?I'm not the First.Far from it.Proof can be found at http://energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html My System Works, but Thanks to the EPA-OBD II Law, it's Illegal ! The EPA-OBD II Law in the USA Mandates a Maximum, and a MINIMUM Level of Exhaust Pollution Emissions. Any Violation of Either Level will Result in a Failed Vehicle Inspection ! It is Possible to Fail a Vehicle Inspection for not Emitting Enough Pollution ! Who was the "Brilliant Politician" that Passed this Law ?

it does sound stupid, but the law is there to keep people from hiding exhast. the gov. figures the public is smarter than most inspectors, so one could possibly modify a high emmision vehicle to hide exhast in order to pass inspection. i'm sure they were told, at the time, that what you did was imposible, and maybe it was, at that time. unforunatly, allowing the laws to catch up is just on, of many, downfalls a good inventor must face. congrats on the design, try writing your congressman, were are all depending on people like you to see this stuff through to the end, otherwise big oil wins. thanx man.

Gasoline yes.. Propane is considered a alternative fuel and I beleive it falls under different guidelines (If not there is a lot of illegal Natural Gas and propane vehicles made by the car manufacturers every year)... But you have to prove that the fuel is changed to propane and not a sham

no longer purely the mattress, the closet too. ;-; If I dropped considered one of my crammed animals off of the mattress on an identical time as i became attempting to sleep, and the room became dark, i might permit it stay there because of the fact i presumed something might grab my arm from decrease than the mattress as i attempted to %. it up. :3 i do no longer think that stuff anymore although. I nevertheless get spooked by the closet if I watch an exceedingly frightening horror action picture although. >->
