Which fast food chains offer the healthiest best tasting food in SoCal? e.g. Subway, El Pollo Loco, anymore?

Many fast food chains offer low-cal food...you can check complete menu items on there web-sites for further info...the site will give you all nutrition info...I personally like pollo loco!

P.S. dont eat the chicken skin!

If you want the best fast food that you can find anywhere around Socal then go eat at In-n-Out Burger. I wouldn't call the burgers healthy but trust me they are the best tasting. They without a doubt beat subway, el pollo loco and all those other lower grade fast food places. Ask any local in Socal and they will all tell you, you want to go to In-N-Out.

Subway, if you have the bread toasted, and don't add oil and mayo. Do you not have Quiznos out there? All of their sandwiches come toasted. They, like subway, will also substitute salad for the bread.

I'd say Subway. They have subs with 7 grams of fat or less. That's not bad at all! Now that I think about it, I don't think they even sell anything that's fried.

Subway; get the carb conscious wrap with roast beef and provolone cheese

Try La Salsa and Soup Plantation.

pollo loco is good stuff my dad n i went on a trip to LA and we could smell it from our hotel the whole time we were there it was such a good smell
