Apart from a healthy life-style (ie. Stop Smoking, Stop Drinking, Start Exercises, Eat Healthy etc. etc., which probably even a toddler knows nowadays!!!!), what I've read in Health magazines is that

Eating Onions is a sure shot way to increase the Quality & Quantity of Sperms (Perhaps it has something to do with higher content of Vit.E in the onions.)

Eating Lemons on the contrary is considered not so good for Sperms, although, I am well aware that they are very rich source of Vit.C but again may be it has something to do with their extensive Acidic nature.

Although these Health magazines sometimes really label some fruits as magic fruits but still I think logically it all goes well only when a person takes a balanced approach towards a problem.

My friend is trying for a baby at the moment and the doctors recomended that her partner should stop smoking and drinking, eat heathily, take more excercise and wear non restrictive underpants.

Apparantly a mans sperm count improves if he is healthy overall.

I have also been told recently by another friend that if men want to keep there sperm count healthy they should switch to drinking organic cows milk.

Apparantly there is something that is fed to cows which can result in a drop in sperm count for men, but cows that produce organic milk are given a different diet and therefore you should go organic.
