the U.S bombed and killed Al-Zarqaui , but they also did a little more damage than previously thought: "The total casualties in the strike included three males and three females; one of the females was a child between the ages of 5 and 7, he said Saturday. The bodies of the three females were taken to a local hospital, Caldwell said."

i am not trying to cause a fight. i am not one of those maniacs who support Bush. i just want to see if this made anyone else sad, and i wanted to see how many were heartless and would simply state how "she shouldnt have been in there" or "o well, too bad." I wanted to see if anyone would actually say, it was necessary but very unforunate that it happened.

It's a really sad thing that war has to happen at all, but the reality is, we lack the ability to kill exclusively those who really deserve it. The man, Al-Zarqaui, was barely human. If you look at his history as a "normal citizen" you'll see numerous charges like rape and narcotic possession/distribution. His death was a huge blow to terrorism and the terrorist opposition in Iraq specifically. It's a reality no one likes, but war is hell, and innocent people do die. Hopefully, though, Al-Zarqaui's death will be a key to ending this terrible conflict. Then the little girl who died would not have died as pointlessly.

It happens. We've been trying to get this guy for a while, now. First off, chances are that there was no knowledge of any children being in the building. Second, even if it was known... So, what? This is war, folks. Who would you rather see killed, Iraqi children who are obviously somehow connected to a known terrorist leader, or children from your own country? Sorry, to be the barer of bad news, people, but they don't give a crap if they kill our kids.

I am a repuglican, I can't think, I belong in a mental hospital as I am delusional and think that George Bush is actually a good president. I just do not want to be confused with the facts that he isn't.

I think they shouldn't have been hanging out with that piece of ****.
I am not heartless, I just take things for what they are. They are dead and it doesn't help anything at all to say, "awe, those poor 'innocent' people." As far as I'm concerned if they were with him, they weren't innocent. Get over it.

i think that you are intentionally trying to instigate a fight. it's easy for everyone to criticize the actions of others who are fighting, yet you are over here criticizing them. whether you support the cause or not, you should SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. they're over there fighting so you can ask dumb questions like this on here!

Honestly didn't feel like reading the long question... but did you know your dog looks like the wolf on the neverending story?

I think the us has never been able to bomb anything without killing as many civilians as "terrorists" or whatever they want to label them as.

I think it is really bad when when any innocent people are killed.
