    I've never seen tara reid before but I'll have to go with her. Paris's looks are pretty overrated IMHO.

    I think Paris. At least she always looks put together. Way too much money can do that for you. Tara looks wore out alot of the time. And where's she been anyway? You see Paris all over the magazines and TV, so definitely Paris is hotter.
