I just had humuus and veggie crackers!! It was great, but I think you should go with the Apple Coffee Cake. That sounds much better!! Have some for me, too.
Is watching the Brainiacs eat increasing your appetite? Yeah, me, too!!!

Protien enriched substances will fill your stomach longer and are better for you than those sugary carbs that can cause unsightly flab. Try an egg or some turkey. A spoon of peanut butter even. Eating late is bad for your health especially if you eat the sweets you mentioned. When I feel hungry after hours I take a multivitamin and go for a small jog or do 20 sit ups.

Four or five good slices of roast beef from the deli. Put a piece of cheddar cheese on top. Put the plate in the microwave for 45 seconds or so. Slide the whole hot bubbling mass onto a dutch crunch roll, or your bread of choice. Put some mayo on there, too. Mmmmm, good.
Best wishes and God bless.

Go for the leftover chicken behind the milk. Sorry, I already ate the coffee cake.

I'm in the same predicament. I'm leaning towards cereal, or possibly some fruit or crackers. Stay away from the sweets, you might get an upset tummy before bed!

I like to munch on a bowl of cereal anytime I need a snack, especially at midnight. I also LOVE to make toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I like it when the peanut butter melts and soften from the warm toast. :-)

Sounds like you want something sweet. If I were you, I would make a banana split, with heaps of chocolate and caramel sauce and some whipped cream on top.

That turtle pie is starting to affect your eyes. Stay away from it.

Good comfort food and healthy.
A nice, juicy orange. You'll feel better about yourself in the morning!
