Hair care, does it work?

Question

I am a guy, 19, and I have long hair(past my sholders). The problem is that it is very light, thin and brittle. I also have split ends, or so I'm told. What can I do to keep from going bald. I am constantly losing hair, more then 100 strands, and my hair line appears to be receding. Does rogaine work? what else can I do to prevent going bald and get thicker stronger hair? I've tried changing shampoo's but my hair is NOT dry like other people so shampoo for hair that is NOT dry, but still thin and brittle is hard to find. Any suggestions? Please help

well you could try trimming it and if you don't wanna cut it too much just trim it a little bit, and try Garnier Frutes long and strong that one helped me out, and for the rogaine, one of my guy friends told me that it just helps hair grow only on the top of your head not on all places, also try leave in conditioners those really hepled me because i had that problem once too

I've heard some success with Rogaine, but don't personally know anyone doing it. This friend of mine started going bald in his mid 20's, so he just shaved his whole head. Now it just looks like he's being trendy, not bald. If Rogaine isn't what it's cracked up to be, and bald isn't for you, there's always a rug! But, there's nothing wrong with bald. Lots of guys look great with no hair. Plus you'll never have to worry about shampoo, hair products or hair getting in your eyes on your motorcycle! <*)))><

I know a guy that is 23, and he's allmost all the way bald.  Just don't be bad to your hair.  try a leave in conditioner.
