What is the small weed with feathery leaves and a ball of yellow (flowers?) that grows along sidewalks, etc?

Update:

Much smaller than a dandelion. Probably grows 1-4 inches tall. You would see it where you might find things like purslane. It's not oxalis. *feathery* leaves.

It might be "ragweed". This is a common weed that grows like wild everywhere. It's also a big trigger for allergy sufferers because it produces a lot of pollen.

Could it be birds foot trefoil? I would need more information to make an identification.
